This documentary portrait of Andrej Babiš presents to us a volatile personality without an anchor, a dilettante master of populism and a straightforward drive to gain power regardless of the consequences. The Babiš matrix is revealed to the audience at the time of the local elections, as a “politician in spite of himself” hands out doughnuts to voters to convince them of his good intentions and desire to do the common good.
